Leetherm were awarded the contract as main contractor and PSCS to carry out remedial works to 5 timber frame local authority houses in Kill, Co. Waterford. The works included the installation of party wall fire barriers and fire stopping, installation of cavity wall ties, ventilation upgrades to the timber structure & painting. All houses were occupied throughout the duration of the works.
