YARDMAN / DELIVERY DRIVER

RETROFIT PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Fethard, Co. Tipperary

The Leetherm Group are looking to hire a Retrofit Project Manager to join our growing one-stop shop team in helping to deliver deep retrofits and a variety of home energy upgrades for homeowners throughout Munster and the South East.

As Retrofit Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and coordinating deep retrofit projects from allocation to completion by effective management of direct staff and subcontractors.
  • Ensure the project requirements are identified, understood and delivered.
  • Determine the resources required to complete the project (manpower, common materials, equipment).
  • Provide excellent customer service, communication and working relationships with homeowners.
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
  • Report to head office with weekly updates and attend weekly meetings.
  • Request and collect documents throughout the project and keep detailed records for each project.

Essential criteria:

  • At least five years of construction management experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills

HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER

Location: Fethard, Co. Tipperary

The Leetherm Group are looking to hire a Health and Safety Officer to join our growing team in helping to deliver construction projects, deep retrofits, and a variety of home energy upgrades for clients and homeowners throughout Munster and the South East.

As Health and Safety Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and maintaining Leetherm’s health and safety management system across our projects.
  • Planning and coordinating health and safety projects from allocation to completion by effective management of direct staff and subcontractors.
  • Carrying out site inspections on a weekly basis.
  • Determining the resources required to complete the project safely.
  • Reporting to Head Office with weekly updates and attending weekly meetings.
  • Requesting and collecting documentation throughout the project and keeping detailed records for each project.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least three years’ experience in a health and safety role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
