OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Full Time Position 5 days per week Mon-Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the administration team processing grant & project paperwork
• Manage day to day enquiries via phone, email and CRM system
• General office administration

Requirements

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent command of MS Office
• Experience in the use of a CRM system is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
• The ability to work as part of a team in a busy and fast paced environment
• The ability to work independently and prioritise your workload daily

• The ideal candidate will have experience of payroll, VAT, Bank Reconciliations and Debtors and Creditors Ledgers

• The ability to work independently and prioritise your workload daily
