RETROFIT PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Fethard, Co. Tipperary
The Leetherm Group are looking to hire a Retrofit Project Manager to join our growing one-stop shop team in helping to deliver deep retrofits and a variety of home energy upgrades for homeowners throughout Munster and the South East.
As Retrofit Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating deep retrofit projects from allocation to completion by effective management of direct staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure the project requirements are identified, understood and delivered.
- Determine the resources required to complete the project (manpower, common materials, equipment).
- Provide excellent customer service, communication and working relationships with homeowners.
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
- Report to head office with weekly updates and attend weekly meetings.
- Request and collect documents throughout the project and keep detailed records for each project.
Essential criteria:
- At least five years of construction management experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills

HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER
Location: Fethard, Co. Tipperary
The Leetherm Group are looking to hire a Health and Safety Officer to join our growing team in helping to deliver construction projects, deep retrofits, and a variety of home energy upgrades for clients and homeowners throughout Munster and the South East.
As Health and Safety Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and maintaining Leetherm’s health and safety management system across our projects.
- Planning and coordinating health and safety projects from allocation to completion by effective management of direct staff and subcontractors.
- Carrying out site inspections on a weekly basis.
- Determining the resources required to complete the project safely.
- Reporting to Head Office with weekly updates and attending weekly meetings.
- Requesting and collecting documentation throughout the project and keeping detailed records for each project.
Essential Criteria:
- At least three years’ experience in a health and safety role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
