YARDMAN / DELIVERY DRIVER

RETROFIT PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Fethard, Co. Tipperary

The Leetherm Group are looking to hire a Retrofit Project Manager to join our growing one-stop shop team in helping to deliver deep retrofits and a variety of home energy upgrades for homeowners throughout Munster and the South East.

As Retrofit Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Planning and coordinating deep retrofit projects from allocation to completion by effective management of direct staff and subcontractors.
Ensure the project requirements are identified, understood and delivered.
Determine the resources required to complete the project (manpower, common materials, equipment).
Provide excellent customer service, communication and working relationships with homeowners.
Ensure compliance with company health and safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
Report to head office with weekly updates and attend weekly meetings.
Request and collect documents throughout the project and keep detailed records for each project.

Essential criteria:

At least five years of construction management experience
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills

HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER

Location: Fethard, Co. Tipperary

The Leetherm Group are looking to hire a Health and Safety Officer to join our growing team in helping to deliver construction projects, deep retrofits, and a variety of home energy upgrades for clients and homeowners throughout Munster and the South East.

As Health and Safety Officer, you will be responsible for:

Implementing and maintaining Leetherm’s health and safety management system across our projects.
Planning and coordinating health and safety projects from allocation to completion by effective management of direct staff and subcontractors.
Carrying out site inspections on a weekly basis.
Determining the resources required to complete the project safely.
Reporting to Head Office with weekly updates and attending weekly meetings.
Requesting and collecting documentation throughout the project and keeping detailed records for each project.

Essential Criteria:

At least three years’ experience in a health and safety role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
